Welcome

To our little piece of North West paradise! Surrounded by woods and by sea, Pagnol is hosted on acres of moderately farmed meadows.

We maintain a flock of Khaki Campbell ducks, chickens and some muscovy ducks, we get ample supply of eggs and meat. they also are great at slugs search and destroy. We keep a few goats, they are great for ivy and blackberry and just the most fun to watch.

A few gardens and pea patch and orchard provide us with fresh vegetables, fruits and herbs, the forest with mushrooms, nettles and fiddle heads

The tides also provide oysters, butter, little neck and razor clams, but also cockles and mussels (alive alive oh). Our fish and seaweed aisle is down the trail!

We do not use any artificial chemicals to grow or control the vegetation and the pests. Our animals all have a function in our farmstead ecofarm.

Dear foodies

We are still in the process of building and are open in a limited capacity. We offer workshops and lessons, and personal chef services from your own kitchen.
