Our gourmet food truck

Let us make your lunch break a culinary experience, with our farm to table gourmet menu! Our commitment to our community reflects not only with the locally sourced ingredients we cook with but how we cook them, while the truck itself uses biodiesel, the cooking appliances within are all powered from wind and sun.

Gourmet pressed sandwiches

  • Croque monsieur: classic ham and gruyere cheese, draped with a stone ground mustard cheese sauce. In housemade gruyere cheese bread. $ 9.50
  • Chili verde pulled pork baguette: verde braised pork shoulder, cotija cheese, cilantro, avocado in a crispy pressed buttered baguette. $ 9.50
  • The veggie dagwood: rosemary aioli, pesto, heirloom tomato, grilled eggplant, grilled portobello and roasted peppers served in house-made herbs & parm focaccia. $ 9.50
  • Chicken tikka roll: tender cooked chicken in thick masala sauce, fresh veggies, cilantro, basil, curried labneh, stuffed in our housemade pita. $ 9.50
  • Salume panini: prosciutto, salami cotto, mama lil's pepper, provolone, tomato and arugula in our house-made herbs & parm focaccia. $ 10.50

Composed salads

  • Savoie: bib lettuce, toasted hazelnut, gruyere cheese, granny smith, shallot honey dressing. $ 8.00 GF V
  • Endive blues: endive, pear, walnut, blue cheese, shallot honey dressing. $ 11.50 GF V
  • Lyonnaise: arugula and frisee mesclun, bacon, goat cheese and blackberries, blackberry dressing. $ 11.50 GF V
  • Panzanella: olive, basil, home-made bread, heirloom tomatoes, provolone, prosciutto and salami. $ 13.50
  • Side salad: simple and a great side dish. $ 4.
